Prerequisite: CCTV Fundamentals + Network Fundamentals

 

Description:

Many installers are comfortable with analogue CCTV, but the need for IP (digital) CCTV is growing daily. A common problem we are faced with is that many installers are intimidated by the idea of setting up IP CCTV equipment, usually due to a lack of experience and/or training. 

This course will cover activating and configuring a Hikvision NVR, activating, configuring, and adding IP cameras to the NVR, and setting up remote access to the NVR.

 

What you will learn:

Understand the steps required to activate and setup a Hikvision NVR and IP cameras. Learn two methods to setup remote access to a Hikvision DVR/NVR.

This course is very practical as every section of training includes practical demonstrations.

      • Interactive content such as walk-though guides, interactive images, activities, quizzes, etc

• Face-to-Face students will also receive a printed manual.

• Exams will be completed online, within the 30-day access period.
